About Trans Canada Highway

The Trans Canada Highway (TCH) spans Canada from the Victoria on the Pacific side to St. John’s on the Atlantic.  It is  7,480 km (4,650 mi) long and one of the longest roads in the world.  the Trans Canada Highway typically refers to the main highway spanning the country but also can mean the entire Canadian highway system.  The TCH connects Vancouver, Calgary, Winnipeg, Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City and Fredericton.
